By using server-list.eu (the "Website") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

1. What the Website is

SERVER LIST lists Minecraft servers and shows their status, collected by querying each server's public status. The Website is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. Using the Website

Use the Website only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or access parts of it you aren't authorised to.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Accuracy

Server information is collected automatically and can be out of date or wrong. We don't guarantee it is complete or accurate, and listed servers are run by third parties, not by us. Joining a listed server is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

The Website's own design, text and code belong to SERVER LIST. Minecraft and related names are trademarks of Mojang Synergies AB. Server names, MOTDs and icons belong to their respective server owners and are shown as each server publicly reports them. If you believe something on the Website infringes your rights, email support@server-list.eu and we'll review it promptly.

6. Server listings

Server owners can ask us to correct or remove their listing by emailing support@server-list.eu. We may remove any listing, for example if a server is offline for a long time or promotes illegal content.

7. Advertising

The Website shows ads from third parties, such as Google AdSense. We're not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SERVER LIST is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website, or from third-party servers or websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
